Think, Breath, Eat
.
Our health and well being depends on three major aspects:
• The way we think
• The way we breath
• The way we eat
Most people nowadays
neglect all these aspects which significantly affects and even ruins their lives. Human body is built in such a way that it is supposed to last and perfectly function for 150 - 200 years. At the same time, the average human being makes everything to shorten their life and to make it miserable.
Most of us no longer have even the little fraction of the power people used to have. We eat everything that seems cool and tasty. We do not know how to breath. We mix up the term "energy" with multivitamins and food supplements. We are focused on the entirely wrong values. We live and act based on our perverted self-esteem rather then intuition.
If you care about your health and wish to live long, it's time to change your life style. If you want to look and feel like you are 30 years old when you are 60, it's time to stop living the way you used to live up until this minute. It's time to reconsider every single aspect of your existance.
Thinking
• Stop this constant dialog with yourself. Discover "mental silence".
• Stop being unhappy because you don't have something.
• Perceive yourself as the integral part of the universe.
• Learn to meditate.
• Stop being eternal consumer and learn to return.
• Become responsible but do not blame yourself.
• Fall in love with yourself.
• Get rid of stress. Look at your problems from the view point of the universe.
Breathing
• Start practicing Yoga and / or Pranayama.
• Breath deep.
• Quit smoking.
• Expose yourself to fresh air on the regular basis.
• Walk instead of driving.
• Always use stairs instead of elevator.
Eating
• Stop eating fast food once and forever.
• Relax and let the stress go prior to eating.
• Do not rush and do not think about work when you eat.
• Be grateful to the food you eat.
• Do not mix foods of different kinds.
• Do not eat pastry and do not drink coffee or tea right after meals.
• Replace coffee and black tea with green or herbal tea.
• Have a glass of water every time when you feel like having a beer.
• Try to buy organic foods only.
• Minimize consumption of milk products.
• Stop eating canned food.
• Eat less meat and more fish.
• Try to eat less fried meals.
