In order to keep your hair healthy and prevent hair loss, follow these simple tips:
• Eat foods that contain biotin. For example: brown rice, lentils, green peas, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds and walnuts.
• Protect your hair from direct sun light.
• Use high quality shampoo and conditioner. We recommend Aveda and Phyto.
• Reduce alcohol consumption. The condition of your hair reflects the condition of your liver.
• Do not wash your hair with hot water. Cool water is better.
• Take a shower every day; you will get rid of excessive electromagnetic field
