Green Tea
Green tea and herbal tea is a healthy alternative to coffee and black tea. Drink a cup of warm green tea 30 minutes after meals. Do not make the tea strong (half a spoon per large cup) and do not use sugar.


Vegetables
Fresh, fried but mostly baked vegetables is the healthiest thing you can eat. Get used to cook vegetables yourself. Forget about frozen foods. Try to buy fresh and organic products only.




Brown Sugar
Brown sugar is a healthy alternative to white sugar. Use sugar with caution as many products already contain it.


Sea Salt
Sea salt is a a healthy alternative to the white salt. Unlike ordinary salt, sea salt is not purified. It contains a number of useful elements derived from the ocean.


Cast Iron Pan
Cast iron frying pan is a healthy alternative to steel or teflon pans. Cast iron pan doesn't require so much oil but it needs to be taken good care of. Read manual before using it and never wash it with chemicals.


Fish
Fish is an excellent source of vital elements. It is generally healthier then meat. Eating fish improves memory and reduces the risk of getting alzheimer.


Water
Most people underestimate the importance of drinking pure water. We simply forget about it. You should drink four - six glasses of purified water each day. Water cannot be replaced with coffee, tea or soft drinks. Do not add ice to water, as it should not be cold (room temperature is optimal).
